Hospitality Partner Programme
Sit & Heat is looking for hospitality agents who want to build a local business around a simple idea: warmth where guests actually sit. You bring the relationships; we bring the product, the atelier and the support behind every order.
Heated seating on a hospitality terrace.
01The opportunity
Terrace heaters warm the space around a table. Sit & Heat cushions bring warmth directly to the seat — to the person sitting on it.
For hotels, restaurants, cafés and beach clubs, that means guests who feel comfortable outdoors for longer, on cooler evenings and into the shoulder seasons. A quiet, personal kind of comfort that fits the way hospitality is designed today.
Feel the Warm Revolution
02The product
Developed exclusively with hospitality in mind — from a single café terrace to a full hotel lounge.

Battery-powered
Rechargeable heated seat cushions for individual chairs. No cables at the table, so they move with the furniture and the layout of the terrace.

Fixed wiring
Heated cushions connected to a fixed power installation, made for lounge sets, benches and built-in seating that stay in place.
A choice of outdoor fabrics and colours to match the furniture and the brand of the venue.
Sizes and shapes configured to the seating, from dining chairs to bespoke benches.
Our Dutch atelier helps translate each project into a production-ready specification.

03Craftsmanship
Our Dutch atelier supports customisation, assembly and service. Partners stay close to their customers, backed by Sit & Heat product knowledge and production support.

05Growing together
Build a dedicated Sit & Heat business within your organisation, with a clear local lead and sales approach.
Existing furniture and F&B relationships are a natural starting point for introducing heated seating.
Coverage and exclusivity are agreed separately per country, after a launch plan and a performance review.
Sample demonstration sets are available by arrangement, so customers can feel the difference.
A stock and resale option may follow later, by separate agreement.
06 — Your first order
From agreeing local responsibilities to delivering the first project: a practical launch, with clear ownership at every stage.
Partner + Sit & Heat
Agree the hospitality scope, territory responsibilities, a named local lead and the launch plan. Commercial terms are agreed separately.
Outcome · A shared launch plan with clear local ownership.
Sit & Heat + partner
Sit & Heat provides product and brand training. Together, agree demonstration samples and organise the Commercial Hub invitation, permissions and training.
Outcome · An equipped partner with an agreed demonstration setup and onboarding workflow.
Partner
Select priority hotels, restaurants and terraces. Register customer and company details, plus opportunity and project information, through the agreed Hub workflow; schedule demonstrations.
Outcome · A recorded local pipeline with demonstrations scheduled.
Partner + Sit & Heat
The partner captures cushion models, dimensions, fabric and colour, power solution, quantities, floorplan, site photos and delivery details. Coordinate the configuration and proposal with Sit & Heat in Commercial Hub; save revisions to the project.
Outcome · A traceable specification and quotation, with project documents linked.
Customer → Sit & Heat
The customer approves the final specification and quotation. Sit & Heat checks order completeness and payment clearance before production release. Commercial Hub holds the customer, project, quotation and configured-product records; after the required release checks, the confirmed order passes to Production Hub with linked drawings and documents.
Outcome · An approved, checked order handed over for production—not an automatic release on submission.
Partner + Sit & Heat
Coordinate delivery and installation as agreed. The partner follows up with the customer, agrees a service plan and develops a reference case; together, review the pipeline and next territory actions.
Outcome · A supported customer and a clear next step for local growth.
07 — Your shared workspace
From customer conversation to production-ready order.
The partner-facing account workflow is intended to keep customer and company information, projects, configuration requirements, quotations and revisions, and submitted orders together.
Use the agreed workflow to record the venue, contacts and project requirements, with site information linked to the project.
Coordinate product choices and quotations with Sit & Heat. Keep revisions with the same project so the approved specification can be traced.
Submit the configured order through the agreed Hub workflow. Sit & Heat checks approval, completeness and payment clearance before the confirmed order is released to Production Hub.
Partner access, permissions and available functions are configured during onboarding.
